This week, the Agency took part in the celebration of the grand opening of Crisis Stabilization and Detox Facility. Executive Director Scott Farmer and Margrit Bergholz, senior supportive housing development officer, spoke on behalf of the Agency. This supportive housing development will allow North Carolinians in crisis to temporarily stay and receive care and treatment. This facility will not only provide care to individuals in need but also relief for hospital and city resources that have previously provided these services in an emergency room setting.
