Agency Investment and Impact

Through the use of public-private partnerships by the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, we have financed 310,700 homes and apartments for a total of $31.9 billion. In 2023, the Agency's efforts:

  • Funded 11,890 affordable homes and apartments.
  • Financed $2.5 billion in real estate value.
  • Supported 22,600 jobs.
  • Produced $98.3 million in state and local tax revenue.
