Agency Board Member Tom Smith was on hand April 26 to help commemorate a groundbreaking of a new addition to the William M Dunlap Transition LifeCare Center in Raleigh. When complete, this addition will provide 10 more units to the center and help to continue providing the care and assistance that has become widely associated with Transitions LifeCare. The N.C. Housing Trust Fund provided financing for the addition.
