We invite your comments for the 2024 Annual Action Plan and 2023 CAPER. This comment period will be open from April 2, 2024 through 5:00 pm on May 1, 2024. 

Written comments will be accepted until 5:00 pm, May 1, 2024 and can be made via email to [email protected], by fax to 919-715-0096 or postal mail to John F. Brooks, Attn: Public Comment, Rural Economic Development Division, 4346 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-4346. All mailed comments must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2024. 

In addition, a virtual public hearing to present this report and take your comments will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
