A groundbreaking ceremony was held on July 13 to celebrate the beginning of construction for SECU Lakeside Reserve II in Wilmington. Under development by Good Shepherd Ministries , this new development will provide permanent housing for North Carolina citizens experiencing chronic homelessness.
In attendance was State Representative Holly Grange, Chance Lambeth of the office of Congressman Rouzer and Adam Caldwell from the office of Senator Thom Tillis.
